Pros

Henkel is a well-established, globally respected company with strong brands, robust systems, and a clear strategic direction. The culture values innovation and integrity, and there’s genuine investment in employee development and cross-functional collaboration. The international exposure and scale provide exciting opportunities to learn and grow, especially for those who are proactive and results-driven. Leadership is approachable and focused on long-term value creation.

Cons

Like any large matrix organization, decision-making can be complex and slow at times, especially across regional and global levels. There’s room to empower local teams more and streamline internal processes to better adapt to fast-changing market dynamics. Internal communication and alignment between functions could also be improved for greater agility.

Pros

The job is not too difficult. You mainly work on your own, Pay and benefits are outstanding.

Cons

12 hour shifts. Only one tech per shift so vacations can be a bit dicey. Support from peers is low and there is a lot of back biting in the lab. Sometimes they seem to be lookng for a scapegoat.
