      Pros

      Henkel genuinely walks the talk when it comes to inclusivity. The people are warm, supportive, and passionate about what they do. You can feel the collaborative spirit across teams, and leaders take the time to listen and involve employees in meaningful ways. It’s an environment where you can bring your whole self to work and feel valued for it. The global exposure and learning opportunities are also a big plus.

      Cons

      Processes can be quite structured and sometimes a bit too detailed, which may slow things down at times. But the intention is good as it helps maintain consistency and quality across such a large organization.

      Pros

      The job is not too difficult. You mainly work on your own, Pay and benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Only one tech per shift so vacations can be a bit dicey. Support from peers is low and there is a lot of back biting in the lab. Sometimes they seem to be lookng for a scapegoat.
