      Great working environment, flexible hours, fantastic benfits, endless training opportunities, management is always there for its employees

      Cons

      The only con I can think of was a long interview process but that's typical of most large international corporations...it was worth the wait!!

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
