      Negativity all the way! Zero enthusiasm. Pessimistic scenarios only. Zero leadership - all negative and depressing. Work is hard with little outcome and encouragement. Feedback close to none. Soulless place.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
