Pros
One of the world's largest FMCG companies with strong, reputable brands. The salary is also quite competitive. The staff in our country is not that large, around 150+ people. It offers a good social package (insurance with a decent deposit for medications and dental care, corporate transportation, cell phone coverage, meal donations, company products for holidays).
Cons
It's a pity that there is almost zero awareness and knowledge of the company among students and recent graduates, as well as young professionals, even though the company is quite good (in our country). Since the team is not that large, there will be plenty of opportunities for growth (which can be a plus for some and a stress factor for others). :) It's possible that you won't be responsible for just one area, and you'll need to manage various projects and tasks with good KPIs (however, all of this is also considered a "+" and can impact bonuses and visibility, not just locally but globally). There's a lot of work, but in a reasonable corporate culture, it doesn't seem like a major negative factor. There's room to grow, and overall, it's a pretty good assessment.
