      Company in middle of cultural change. Walk the talk,reduce politics ,empower teams, improve praise &appreciation. Employe development plans not fixed, lack of trainings/mentoring,for example, no trainings for years for some employees, mandotary annual Legal antitrust lecture considered a training. Higher career growth oppurtunities for employes from Western Europe despite weak market position

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
