The work environment is very pleasant. All colleagues from around the globe, not just your office, are extremely open to collaborate and help each other. The learning curve is very steep and there are numerous employee benefits and ways you can grow within the company. Diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability are also well addressed within. There are numerous learning opportunities. The company is also continuously trying to improve itself, become more digital, more open, more welcoming to new ideas and younger people.
Cons
At times projects move too slow, but this is normal for a huge organization like Henkel. Sometimes there is lack of transparency, or even information overload for things happening
