      Pros

      Decent work life balance on most days. Decent pay, although they don't like to promote quickly and give you a better title

      Cons

      Revolving door of senior leaders, which results in constant changes, shift in direction and zero ability to have and execute a long term strategy The global people in Germany think they know best and try to push out their ideas, innovation and expectations on the US. They don't want to listen or believe that the US consumers and retailers are different than Europe. They push down from the top. It's hard to make any impact personally

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
