      Firmly established, leading company. Innovative, goal-oriented with career paths for every employee. I received pay increases and bonuses every year for over 37 years.

      Cons

      It’s a very large company and sometimes you’re treated like a number and not an individual. This situation is not suitable for all individuals.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
