      Company had multiple opportunities to showcase yourself and to meet new people. There was always a help others mentality. Flexible working hours was a huge plus with no judgement.

      Cons

      The pay may not have been the highest you’d get paid for the job or it may be difficult to move around the company if there aren’t jobs available.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
