      Relatively alright work conditions considering the country and the local standard.

      Cons

      Complete lack of freedom in both horizontal and vertical mobility. You NEED to have connections in order to even apply for a position you are fully qualified for, let alone get one.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
