      Pros

      Multinational company with good structures, great place to learn and grow. Promotion opportunity if you considered a Hypo. Good benefits. Great place to work with lot of different cultures.

      Cons

      Red tape with processes and systems. Good benefits, however salaries are not competitive or market related.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
