Hybrid culture, still few kind people left

I won't even give 1 star but no such option, Life has become hell since the day I joined Customer service team. We can't talk with our boss or top management directly because our issues are not that worthy to be talked about. Our fellow colleagues think CS people are some kind of Robots who never gets sick or tired. We are asked if we completed our work as it is more important than us falling sick. No proper trainings are provided before starting any new work, if any queries are asked we are getting humiliated in front of whole team, We work on weekends without getting compensation. We can't expect leads to support us in critical time rather we get humiliated in front of other people. We need to achieve KPI's at any cost rather than looking after process improvements. In short we are not allowed to use brains because we should follow process even if it is right or wrong. Just a advice never ever apply for any customer service jobs in Henkel. Trust me, you will regret it later.

Pros

The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

Cons

Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
