Pros

Competitive salaries. Remote work. Depending on the different teams you may find trust and independency. Constant salary and market reviews.

Cons

Some leaders will not care about your motivations or extra efforts you are doing. Tech debts will be always created and will be never paid even when it slows down the team at some point, you will have to work to have MVPs ready ASAP but will be hard to push to iterate improve the version (Because it will not genera revenue directly). Some leaders have high ego. So most of the wellness depends on the leader (If you are lucky you could end up having a good time there with some of the great leaders the company has).

Pros

pay, remote, some good/smart people in pockets

Cons

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
