Pros

* Payments are always made on time, with no delays. * IDT allows you to work as a consultant from any country. * You can gain hands-on experience with around 10 widely used monitoring solutions.

Cons

* Low salary. * Ongoing scheduling issues, including chronic understaffing due to high turnover. Expect overtime and irregular working hours. * Shifts are often noisy because of frequent false-positive alerts caused by poorly tuned monitoring. Clear runbooks are lacking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that the demands of providing 24/7 support for our US product were clearly outlined during the interview process, and we strive to be transparent about the nature of the role. However, we regret that your experience fell short of expectations in several key areas. We are actively reviewing our monitoring practices to reduce alert fatigue and improve signal-to-noise ratios. Additionally, we are committed to addressing runbook documentation gaps and exploring ways to enhance scheduling predictability and staffing stability. Your insights will be shared with the relevant teams as we continue to refine our processes. We value the contributions you made during your time with us and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
