      Pros

      Multicultural environment, fresh fruit basket on fixed weekday.

      Cons

      Reputation for being a harsh company and people demotivated. Code of conduct and harassment policies have often been violated with no measures taken by HR against offenders. Whistleblower procedure is a fake and employees fear retaliation.
