Pros

Maybe PTO.Learn what you can and Runn. Some nice people still left.

Cons

Worked here for 5 years, promoted twice but never got increase for advancing. Always got turn down by management when new challenges opportunities were present. No growth and offshoring positions so they don’t have to pay people what they deserved. Not even with good or excellent performance review. Know that if you give you all, management is not going to support you in your career. Low pay. Never saw CEO/owner, this is a sad place, seems like they don’t like coming out of HQ. It only gets worst Never got a good chair when asked for better things always got turn down. No rewards of any kind even if your are helping and supporting sales.
