Pros
IDT will pay well for senior people.
Cons
IDT management will resent the fact they are even paying you. No technology direction of any kind. Hates their own employees. If not part of the family or close to them you've already hit a ceiling. Bureaucracy is rampant. This a telecom company that still has people fax forms in. Completely untrustworthy. Does not invest in their own company, their technology and definitely not their people. Keeps people on the payroll that do nothing ALL DAY. Doesn't give benefits until after 90 days of working there.
