Pros
The benefits at IKEA are great. They provide health insurance and other benefits to employees who work more than 20 hours per week.
Cons
It's hard to get more hours. Most coworkers are in HL 2, so it's unlikely that we can get more than 32 hours. Even if you ask to go up to HL 3, management will never be willing to approve it.
