      Pros

      Over all the pay is good. You get an $1 raise every year along with a year bonus and a Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      Promotions were based off of who you know not what you do. Company policy was only enforced on employees that they choose.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
