      Pros

      I haven't been there long, but so far it's been an amazing place to work. Management goes with an open door policy and make themselves available to listen to Co-workers concerns and requests, almost all time. Work and Life balance is understood and respected here.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit low to start, but every year they do performance evaluations and you can petition for more pay during these. Sometimes feels a bit understaffed.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
