      Pros

      Great benefits- only $9 a paycheck for health insurance, but you have to pay for your spouse/children a lot. Vacation time, sick time accrued quickly, I used it a lot just like everybody else.They give you like 2 weeks vacation. Many young people working

      Very low pay.This is one of the "strangest" companies I have worked for.Everybody is acting like it's a normal job, but you get paid like 16-18K a year.Unreal considering the bills you have to pay. Don't get stuck there!

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
