      Great benefits, PTO, sick days Always something new Great people and fun atmosphere Flexible hours

      Lack of leadership roles and growth opportunities Hours level can cut down to minimun Went through organizational restructure without considering co worker engagement and pay cuts, high turn over especially with solid, committed and talented people insufficient resources and tools to perform the job well Disconnect from co workers to upper management, not feeling valued
