Active sales - Actie Sells Coworker IKEA Employee Review

Coworkers are doing 5 people's job. We are so understaffed and overwhelmed. I hate going to work. I have to do march basic, active selling, and cashiering.This was never mentioned on my job descriptions. People who have been working here for 20+ years are leaving because it has gone so bad. They don't care about coworkers and their needs anymore. they are cutting everyone's hours. You are force to leave or get a second job in order to survive. I strongly NOT recommend this place.
