Pros
IKEA offers a great work life balance and their pay grades are above average as compared to other retailors. Depending on the location there's family atomosphere amongst the coworkers.
Cons
if you have a desire to be a manager the company lacks training and leadership programs, their to focus on the bottom line. They would get more out of their coworkers if they focus more on the individual than their P&L. Taking care of the coworkers will lead to a greater P&L.
