Pros

Matching 401K, retirement contributions after vestment period if sales goals are met, good values

Cons

most of management does not live the values of the company, company is supposed to be anti-bureaucratic but the office politics and bureaucracy of upper management in the stores is over the top, stores are very anti-union, poor work life balance due to scheduling, lack of accountability, stressful environment for coworkers, little chance for growth within the company unless a steering member takes a liking to you

Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

Cons

Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
