      Pros

      Willing to consider variety of backgrounds not just graduates. Higher ups seem positive and want to make good changes for staff.

      Cons

      I felt overworked and undertrained expected to perform without help which is why I felt I had to leave on the end. Left to deal with the fallout. Colleagues are sometimes unfriendly to those who don't fit in but everyone pretends to be cheerful so you don't quit immediately.
