      Pros

      - Global company with colleagues all around the world - Nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Forced employees to go to offices during Covid pandemic (except for a few months during very high peaks). Putting masks on was not a requirement. Every day they check if you are in the office. Yes, just like high school. - No allowance to work from home and barely got any equipment. - No work/life balance. - Never seen hard working employees so poorly treated. - High employees turn-over (due to the above points)

      - good compensation package - challenging but interesting work - opportunity for career growth and professional development

      Cons

      - your duties are not limited to specific tasks, sometimes you are expected to work on other projects.
