      Pros

      Good work life balance thanks to head office The cultures good It used to be a great place

      Cons

      In IT Delivery - pretty poor management. Lack of leaders Not much of a learning culture. Change is frowned upon. Ask for feedback but when you give it nothing changes so not many even give it anymore Promotions depend on politics not the best people for the job.
