      Pros

      Fun and commercially driven bank division with many knowledgable colleagues with whom I past a very intetesting 4 years asy first job.

      Cons

      Risk taking was less and less tolerated by upper management to a point that we needed to fund leasing contracts with same period loans ot IRS so the end of free profit and fun.
