      While working at ING I was able to see these upsides: Make Own Hours, unlimited potential earnings, able to make connections, great networking, long term communication skills

      Cons

      While working at ING I was able to notice some of these downsides: all commission based salary, variable based salary, products are pushed on financial advisors at times, and no upside once you leave company.
