Pros

Due to my team, I had quite a positive experience at lidl as everybody was friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge impact when working in a role like this. You are expected to do different roles such as stocking the shelves, cashier, working on self checkout to bakery work.

Cons

I think the expectations are too high and they expect you to do things at a pace that may not be suitable for everybody.

Flexible schedule working either morning or evening shifts

Cons

Either they don't have enough hours to give you or they work you to death.
