Overworked give contracts but you will work over and be expected to Lower staff have no accountability and get away with all sorts of upper management just say put them to a disciplinary then nothing done If they want you out you will be gone after 11 years of pure hard work this happened to me. I got investigated, they would not present the cctv which would have cleared me, instead wanted me out, they brought things up in a disciplinary that happened 9!years previous that had no relevance to what I was getting accused of. Top of my game and treat like crap
