      Great people, ability to take on more responsibility and manage people at a young age. Undertake a variety of tasks and build great people skills

      Cons

      Work life balance is non existent and if you want to progress you are expected to work long, unsociable hours. Need to be more of a balance

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
