Pros

Some of the Leads took time to hear out your grievances.

Cons

This place certainly pulled the okie doke on us. We were told there would be raises, there weren't. We were told everybody was 'flex' meaning you were flexible in scheduling and job duties, not everybody was. They absolutely shoe favoritism. Scheduling was a nightmare, one week I would be scheduled from 10-4:30, the next week it would be 12-6:30, the week after 2-8:30 or 9:30. But those that they favored always got the early shift, week after week. I can certainly attest to the high turnover, it started in Fredricksberg and before long people were leaving the NC rdc left and right as well. They're also good for messing up your paycheck and not understanding why you're not okay with waiting a week for them to get your money to you.

Pros

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
