Pros

- Good Pay - Trained in Different Areas, i.e. Bakery, Non-Food, Tills ect

Cons

- Excessive Workload - Not for the Lazy or Fragile - Always Understaffed = Constant Overtime (working way over contracted hours) - Adding/changing shifts without notice or permission, basically forced to do it if you can't swap or find cover - Administration Lose Basic Paperwork such as Holiday Requests or Change in hours, then don't take responsibility - It will push your stress levels to the absolute max - Short Breaks despite long shifts

Very divers tasks diverging from different products lines like dry food, fresh food, flowers, bakery

Cons

Doesn’t use much of the new tools, excel only
