      Good holiday allowance (goes up with every year you're with the company), Competitive hourly rate and working as a team.

      Cons

      You have to be flexible and at times you are trying to get your shift covered because you have something on and management could make that difficult for you. Unrealistic productivity targets. Maximum half hour break even on a 10 hour shift. Early starts, late finishes. Delivery not turning up on time. List goes on..
