Hard place to work - Customer Advisor Lidl Employee Review

Very little benefits, no discount. Northern Ireland is the only country in Lilds portfolio (ie Europe & USA) where you don't get discount as a worker. You work in the place of 3 people compared to other shops. Can't retain managers as they are extremely hard to work for at that level.
