Pros
Most people I work with are really friendly and helpful. There are lots of hours, event days and training is good. Although there is overtime. Days are on average 9hrs long. And some weeks you would be working 6 days in a row.
Cons
Some days they focus too much on the average pick rate. Most hours I can hit above target and they never say anything But at other times I miss the targets by 10 cases and of course my average goes down. This is when they start moaning like I've been slacking. They don't take into account that you have to shrink wrap the pallet/s, wait for forklift drivers to finish dropping pallets (not exactly quick). Or you are stuck behind someone with a massive pick, they are chatting or guarding the location so you aren't able to pick. Therefore the amount of minutes is knocked. Can't really control time. Or they expect you to be like Hercules.
