Pros
The starting salary is attractive, and honestly that is it.
Cons
Ridiculous expectations throughout, very demanding and unsociable hours. Company seems to like everything and everyone to be robotic and can be very unforgiving. For a company that makes so much money they are so tight on hours and staff it's a joke! Staff turnover is unlike any company I've ever seen and it's no wonder with they way they treat staff. Working time and break regulations are in place but you're looked down on if you stick to them. Apparently there's more of a work life balance than there used to be, but as a member of management you're expected to be fully available and flexible, phone calls and contact on days off and rest time, staying late, working double for staff shortages. There is no work life balance for the average, it's one rule for one and another for another. Amazed at how many rubbish staff are in jobs, the hard workers and ones that really care are the ones suffering. Honestly just awful.
