      Pros

      Der Teamgeist wird bei Lidl wirklich groß geschrieben. Alle für jeden, das ist das Motto. Die Stimmung in den Departments ist gut, selbst in stressigen Zeiten wird man nicht grob zueinander.

      Cons

      Leider ist die Mitarbeiterentwicklung sehr geprägt davon, ob deine Führungsperson dich mag oder nicht. Leider wirkt sich das auch in der Verteilung von IT-Hardware aus. Die offensichtliche Bevorzugung von ein paar ist deutlich.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
