Pros

salary is okay but nothing else.

Cons

no fixed roster have been called to work on days off.fatigue sets in as no rest and recovery.do not finish shift on time.as manager always asking to stay back and help.after noon finishes at 23.00 but have worked till 02.00 and the back again for 15.00 start.somedays ther is no legal break of 11 hours between shifts.No human factors or health and safety concerns on working extended shifts.

Very divers tasks diverging from different products lines like dry food, fresh food, flowers, bakery

Doesn’t use much of the new tools, excel only
