Pros

The pay is good however for what you get put through it’s not enough

Cons

- treatment from hierarchy is terrible. If they don’t like you, they will just bully you - visits from board level are usually planned, allowing full regional support into a store to make it look perfect when really that’s not the case - It’s pointless raising any concerns to the hierarchy. You won’t be listened to, they’ll aggressively knock you down, or protect one and other if anything formal is put in against them - expected to work like a slave. If something can’t be covered, you’re expected to do it. Phone calls from 5am till 11pm, on days off and even whilst on holiday. No respect or attempt to support a healthy work life balance

Very divers tasks diverging from different products lines like dry food, fresh food, flowers, bakery

Doesn’t use much of the new tools, excel only
