      Great food. A lot of great and helpful teammates.

      Cons

      Culture used to be great but has been going downhill the last couple years. Longer hours and more stress. People with long tenures getting PIP'ed out with unrealistic work goals.

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
