      None apart from the brand name, but it won't help you land tech jobs either.

      Cons

      old employees have access to tools which help them do 200% of their numbers and while other people are not even hitting 50% I saw 10 people leave in move out of the company in 8 year the management does not questions unfair practices by some people, and when you point it out, it gets ignored

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
