      * Leadership really doesn't know what is the right thing to chase and manufacture numbers to hit while asking you to justify the impact * there's almost never a time your goal in the beginning of the quarter is the same at the end of the quarter * politics speaks

      Pros

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

      Cons

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
