Sales salary not competitive - how do you think the perks get paid? Through your salary! Weak sales enablement and sales culture Weak technology improvements Lots of time suckers eg unnecessary training for new features (often copying Facebook) and meetings for rah rah or alignment, leaving less time for sales work Managers are mediocre and talk too much but very little hands on coaching Feels like you are back in college, very unprofessional and immature culture at times
