* Middle management is so sketchy, they will use you as a scapegoat as they are scared of upper management * People are there for themselves- most people will only help you if it looks good for them to do so * Petty colleagues, so many cases where people fight over accounts * Too much work gossip - with young expats facing high targets and spending their life in Dublin at work it feels like being in high school again * Do not take sexist or discriminating comments very seriously * No proper training, they only care about you performing and if you dont they will just replace you * Keep you in same position instead of promoting you, that you get tired and lose motivation to achieve anything
