The company is struggling big time in terms of finding ways to be innovative and stay relevant as the product is not as instrumental to one’s work as some might make it seem. People are tired and burnt out, but because the market is so bad everyone sits there and stays because of the fear there’s nowhere else to go. It has become a very metric based organization with not a lot of thought from leadership on the matrix even make sense organization is focused on.
