They have so many benefits like tuition reimbursement, access to their on-campus health and wellness facilities, and flextime with 4 day work weeks. There are also tons of internal training resources. They also have a young leadership program as well as apprenticeships available. I plan on staying at Lockheed, becoming an engineer, and retiring here.
